Strawberry and prosecco ice lollies

For those who love seafood, this recipe with squids and feta cheese is a delight! Surely when you’re going to taste it you will think about Greece and a holiday …..
Defrost the squids by heat shock, wash them with hot water and clean them of any bones or pieces of fat from the inside.
Prepare a marinade from the olive oil , pepper and lemon juice . With this marinade, brush the squids inside and on the outside and it would be better to leave them at least 30 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the filling : grate the feta feta and mix it with the chopped basil leaves .
After the 30 minutes have passed fill the squids with this mixture, but take care to leave a little space at the ends because on the grill the squids will shrink. Seale the ends using 2 toothpicks to prevent the filling to leak .
Preheat grill pan well and cook the squids. Allow about 3-4 minutes on each side and one minute per side. The squids are ready when the tube becomes from semi-transparent white color to white mat. We do not want to leave too much on the grill as they will become overcooked.
Remove from grill and serve immediately with baby spinach leaves that you can saute for 2 minutes in a hot pan with some butter and salt . Finally I grated a little parmesan over the spinach.
Enjoy it!
