A mouth watering cheesecake recipe!
Ingredients
Crust:
130 g graham cracker crumbs
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
80 g melted butter
Filling:
900 g cream cheese, softened
250 g sugar
115 g sour cream
1 vanilla pod
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
5 large eggs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 246°C. Place a large pan 1/2 filled with water in the oven.
For the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs with cinnamon and then add butter. Place the mix in a round form (about 26-28 cm diameter) with detachable walls, lined with butter and then press to level it. Freeze for at least half an hour.
Wrap a large piece of foil around bottom of panin order to prevent water from getting in while in the oven.
Make filling: Use an electric mixer to mix the cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour the whisked eggs in the mixture whitout stopping the mixer. Blend just until eggs are incorporated.
Remove the crust from the freezer and pour the filling over it. Carefully place the cheesecake into the preheated water bath. Bake for 12 minutes; turn oven to 176°C and bake until the top of the cheesecake turns golden (around 50-60 minutes).
Remove it from the oven and let it cool down.
