Strawberry and prosecco ice lollies

This recipe is very tasty and very simple ! Because I had a farm organic chicken and various homemade tomato sauce I decided it was time for a stew .
Cut the chicken into small pieces, seasone it with salt , freshly ground pepper and dried thyme and fry it in palm oil. After the chicken becomes brown on one side, turn it over the other side.
When ready on both sides, drain all the oil and poure a glass of white wine. After a minute put the sliced green onions , sliced garlic, the bay leaves and a spoon of homemade dehydrated vegetables .
Afte a few minutes, put the tomato sauce . I made a mix this time because I had several homemade sauces – tomato sauce and a tomato sauce with various vegetables. Cover it and let it simmer for about 15 more minutes and it should be ready. Let it 10 minutes to rest before serving.
I served a bowl of stew with baked potatoes with parmesan . I cut the potatoes into thick slices, I sprinkled them with some olive oil, salt, freshly ground pepper, chilli flakes, fresh rosemary and fresh thyme and put it in the oven at 220 C for 15 minutes.
When they are almost ready remove them from the oven and sprinkle over some freshly grated Parmesan cheese and put them back in the oven for about 10 minutes until crispy. It was a delicious dinner !
