Pasta with mushrooms
4 cloves of garlic
400 g tagliatele pasta
few grains of red pepper
300 g mixed mushrooms
This recipe is very simple, fast and is sure to be apreciated by everyone! It’s perfect for lunch or even dinner.
Cut the garlic in thin slices and place it in a hot pan, with olive oil and pepper. After 2 – 3 minutes add the chopped mushrooms (I used a mix of frozen mushrooms for a stronger flavor). Season them with salt and let them cook until the water evaporates and the mushrooms change color – for about 10 minutes.
Boil the pasta in salted water, according to package instructions. After they are cooked, mix them with the mushrooms and sprinkle chopped parsley over them.
Serve immediately with freshly grated Parmesan for a maximum effect!
