Strawberry and prosecco ice lollies

I do not know if I said it before, but I love shrimps! This recipe is quick, simple, but very tasty that can be used for a quick lunch.
First we boil water with salt for the pasta.
In a non-stick pan we put the olive oil, the butter, the garlic, the zest from the lemon and the tomato paste. After a few minutes, add the prawns and then add the cognac and allow to flame it if you like.
Add the cream, allow it to simmer gently for a couple of minutes and remove the pan from the heat. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Place the pasta into the boiling water – it will need 3-5 to be cooked. After your pasta is cooked drain it in a bowl and toss it with the chopped basil and oregano.
Divide the pasta in two plates and place over the sauce with shrimps. Grate some parmesan cheese and serve immediately. Delicious!
