A tender, delicious and flavorful chicken recipe!
9 chicken drumsticks
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of red pepper
4 teaspoons of paprika
juice of a small lemon
2 tablespoons of mustard seeds
3-4 tablespoons tomato paste
1 small red onion
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 teaspoonof chopped chilli
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
1 teaspoon of ground coriander
1 tablespoon of olive oil
3 potatoes

This simple marinade meets all the desired qualities: the lemon wil tender the chicken meat, the cumin and the coriander will add the flavor, and the mustard gives it that extra special.
Make 3 cuts to each chicken drumsticks diagonally, not very deep. Put the chicken into a baking dish lined with olive oil.
Mix the marinade with of all the ingredients mentioned before and cover the chicken with it. Allow the meat to marinate at least one hour or overnight.
Preheat oven to 240 C and put the marinated chicken together with the sliced ​​potatoes. Let the drumsticks 10 minutes on each side until well-cooked. Potatoes will borrow from the marinade flavor and have a wonderful taste.
Besides the cooked baked potatoes I’ve also boiled a bunch of broccoli and put some freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top. Absolutely delicious!
