Strawberry and prosecco ice lollies

Of these amounts you’ll get about 50 crackers.
In a bowl, mix the butter with the flour and grated cheese. You’ll obtain the dough and you’ll have to form a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap and leave it in the refrigerator at least one hour.
After the dough has rested in the fridge (we let a few minutes to become flexible), divide it in two and roll 2 sheets about 1 cm thick on a well floured surface.
Brush the sheets with the mixture from the yolk and the sour cream, sprinkle a little grated cheese and if you like and some seeds. (This part is optional – you can just sprinkle seeds or cheese or you can just leave it simple – you can easily create your own recipe). Cut equal strips, or at least try to be equal 🙂 with a pastry wheel.
Place the cheese crackers on the prepared baking shits, leaving a little space between them. Bake until the crackers are gold and crispy for about 15 to 20 minutes at 180 C.
