Ingredients

mayonnaise
arugula
1 carrot
1 cucumber
1/2 green pepper
8 cherry tomatoes
300 g tuna fillets in olive oil
salt

juice of half a lemon

When you are in a hurry, but you still want something good and healthy for lunch or dinner, you can use this recipe with confidence!

Take two tortillas and spread a little mayonnaise on top of them. Add one generous handful of arugula, carrot strips, cucumber slices and green pepper. Add sliced ​​tomatoes and season them with salt and freshly grounded pepper.

Mince the tuna fillets and scatter them over the vegetables. Sprinkle some lemon juice and add a little mayonaise. Roll them up tightly, cut in half and serve.
