Tortilla tuna wrap
1/2 green pepper
8 cherry tomatoes
300 g tuna fillets in olive oil
freshly grounded pepper
juice of half a lemon
When you are in a hurry, but you still want something good and healthy for lunch or dinner, you can use this recipe with confidence!
Take two tortillas and spread a little mayonnaise on top of them. Add one generous handful of arugula, carrot strips, cucumber slices and green pepper. Add sliced tomatoes and season them with salt and freshly grounded pepper.
Mince the tuna fillets and scatter them over the vegetables. Sprinkle some lemon juice and add a little mayonaise. Roll them up tightly, cut in half and serve.
