A French recipe with a delicate and sensational taste.
2 pancakes
50 g brown sugar
Half a lemon
60 g butter
200 ml orange juice
45 ml banana liqueur
1 banana
30 ml Cointreau

If you want a dessert that will impress everyone and that will be appreciated, this recipe is perfect!

First, you’ll need 2 pancakes. Unlike classic recipe, you can add a little orange peel in the pancake mixture for some added flavor.

Place brown sugar in a non-stick pan and, using half a lemon, melt it until it caramelizes. When it’s roasted, add the butter. After it melted, squeeze the juice of half a lemon, add the orange juice and the banana liqueur. Leave on low heat, add the sliced banana and stir until the sauce starts to lower.

Remove the banana slices in a bowl, add the first pancake and cover it with sauce. Place the banana slices (half the quantity), fold the pancake in half and leave it in the pan. Do the same with the second pancake.

At the end, pour the liquor and flambé it. Serve immediately.

If you want to serve the pancakes in a spectacular way, place them on a plate, pour a tablespoon of liquor and flambé again. Absolutely delicious!

Enjoy it!
