Ingredients
Cheesecake mix:

1 egg
225 full fat cream cheese (Philadelphia)
50 g caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Brownie mix:
100 g dark chocolate
100 g white chocolate
115 g unsalted butter
150 g soft light brown sugar
2 eggs beaten
50 g plain flour
Instructions

This recipe is irrezistible – a chocolate brownie base topped with brownie mixture and cream cheese!

For the cheesecake mix put all the ingredients into a bowl and beat well together.

To make the brownie mix: put the chcolate and the butter in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water and melt it. When melted, mix it well and stir in the sugar. Add the eggs, a little at a time and beat well. Gently fold in the flour.

Grease and base line a 20 cm pan. Preaheat the oven to 160 C.

Spread two thirds of the brownie mixture in the base of the prepared tin. Spread the cheesecake mixture on top. Spoon the remaining brownie mixture on top in heaps. Using a skewer, swirl the mixture together.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until just set in the centre. Leave to cool in the tin then cut into squares.
