Strawberry and prosecco ice lollies

Boil the potatoes in their skins. Meanwhile cut the green onion and the chives. We prepare the bowl for the oven by putting some cubes of butter in it. After the potatoes are boiled we peel them and crush into small pieces and put them in the bowl with butter. Add 2 tablespoons of grated cheese and the herbs. Mix all mixture with cooking cream and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Put in oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes until they form a crispy, golden crust.
