Although I'm not a fan of dark chocolate (the main ingredient in this recipe), I really like dessert and hope you'll love it too!
200 g dark chocolate
120 g butter
120 g sugar
4 tablespoons of flour
a sachet of baking powder
4 eggs

I’ve used dark chocolate flavored with mint and lemon mixed with Lindt 70% cocoa chocolate (mint flavor feels subtly).

Melt the chocolate together with the butter together at bain-marie.

Mix the yolks with sugar until it looks like foam. Then add the chocolate mixture and mix together with flour and baking powder.

Mix very well the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Combine the two compositions easily and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. No need to ripen very hard, the middle of the cake must remain soft and moist.

We’ve served it with fresh raspberries that were freshly picked from the garden , but it also goes very well with ice cream.
