This baked omellete is senzational for breakfast!
Ingredients
4 eggs
4 cherry tomatoes
1 slice of green pepper
35 g yellow cheese
35 g blue cheese
20 g grated parmesan
1 Tbsp of milk
salt and pepper
1 twig of oregano
6 threads of chives
1 cube of butter
Instructions

First of all, brush the mold that you’ll use for baking, with butter.

We place the tomatoes, the yellow cheese, the blue cheese and the green pepper, all of them shaped in cubes in the mold greased with butter.

In a bowl mix the eggs with salt, pepper, parmesan, milk, oregano and chives until smooth. We pour this mixture into the mold.

We bake the omelette bake at 180 C for 30 minutes or until it takes a golden color to the surface.

The advantage of this recipe is that it is very good even if it is served cold.
