300 g Greek yogurt
200 g smoked salmon
1 bunch of dill
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper
This recipe is prepared very quickly and it is an ideal appetizer when you don’t have too much time. The salmon mixed with yogurt and white beans is a tasty and nourishing dish.
In a food processor mix the beans together with the yogurt until smooth. Season the mixture with salt and freshly ground pepper and lemon juice. Break the salmon into small strips and add them in the food processor.
Chop the dill, depending on your preference, you can decrease or increase the amount of dill used and add it over the salmon. Give some quick pulses on a low speed for a few seconds to shatter the fish and mix together all the ingredients.
I served it with pitta bread with Mediterranean herbs baked in the oven: Cut fresh pitas into small pieces, drizzle some olive oil and the spinkle the herbs over it. Put in preheated oven at 180 degrees for a few minutes until they become crispy.
Before serving let the fish paste in the refrigerator at least one hour.
