250g baby spinach
200 g cherry tomatoes
250 g buffalo mozzarella
3 tablespoons olive oil
some fresh basil
salt and pepper
It is considered to be the most Italian salad recipe, spectacular due to the combination of flavors.
Mix arugula with baby spinach and put cherry tomatoes cut in half over this mixture. Season it with salt and pepper. Take mozzarella and break it into small pieces (don’t use a knife for it – an advice from Italians) over our greens and tomatoes.
Mix the olive oil with finely chopped basil and pour over salad.
In Italy it is served as an appetizer, but you can eat it as a main dish when you want something light and fresh.
