Strawberry and prosecco ice lollies

Halloumi is a Cypriot semi-hard, unripened brined cheese made from a mixture of goat’s and sheep’s milk, and sometimes also cow’s milk. It is very salty, so it should be washed thoroughly before cooking.
Cut the cheese into 1 cm slices and place on a hot grill. Allow 2-3 minutes per side.
I made a salad from peppers, tomatoes, cucumber and mixed salad leaves like – latuga bowl, arugula, lolo rossa and Baby Spinach) over which I added olive oil with herbs and balsamic vinegar.
Put the cheese over the salad and your lunch or dinner is served!
