A chicken with a very tender meat and a great taste!

Ingredients

4 chicken coquelet
2 bulbs of garlic
4 tablespoons of olive oil
one cube of butter
several threads of rosemary
several threads of thyme
paprika
chilli flakes
4 cloves of garlic crushed
salt and pepper

Instructions

First let me tell you a little about these chickens: Coquelet is a chicken farm bred in Brittany. It is famous for its authentic country taste. This chicken has a natural nutrition, 100% vegetable. (I took this information from Edenia site). You can find the frozen in most of the supermarkets.

I prepared flavored oil from the specified ingredients and with this mixture I covered the chickens and left them in the fridge for a few hours so that the flavor is more intense from all the spices. (you can leave it even overnight)

Preheat oven to 200 C, place the chickens in a pan together with the garlic bulbs and let them in the oven for 40-50 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Along the chickens the garlic bulbs will ripe and will become soft and creamy and delicious 🙂

We serve it with baked potatoes with herbs!
